Contact: John@SourceRecruitmentSolutions.com Our client, a premier consumer product good manufacturer with manufacturing plants worldwide, is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruitment Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process and support other various human resource job functions.
As the Corporate Recruitment Manager, you will provide guidance in staffing, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Handle various policies and procedures, staff development and poses leadership abilities to direct a team of ten associates.
Responsibilities:
Identify the best job applicants, post job positions, organize engaging job fairs, and conduct interviews with potential hires.
Ensure onboarding/ orientations and off-boarding/ exit interviews are completed.
Collaborate with various department hiring managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies.
Have strong working knowledge of talent acquisition software.
Prepare and complete regulatory reporting such as EEO-1, OSHA 300/301, workers compensation and unemployment.
Be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
Develop and counsel employees and managers on various issues.
Manage the administration of Benefits, Performance Management & Employee Relations
Manage a team of associates from receptionist, administrative and safety.
Ensure employees are receiving succession planning and develop plans with Managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, business or related field or equivalent experience.
3 + years Corporate Recruitment Management experience.
Experience managing or supervising a team of associates.
Strong preference with experience from a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Functional experience in compensation, benefits and HRIS.
Experience with MS Office Suite and familiar with various ATS platforms.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues such as EEO-1, OSHA and workers compensation.
Capability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers.
Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred.
Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
