Our client, a premier consumer product good manufacturer with manufacturing plants worldwide, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resource Generalist. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process and support other various human resource generalist job functions.

As the Bilingual Human Resource Generalist, you will provide guidance in staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration. Handle various company policies and procedures, staff development, management training programs and poses leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill all recruitment functions, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing employee cultural activities.
  • Employee relations, compensation issues.
  • Develop and counsel employees and managers on various issues.
  • Manage the administration of benefits, performance management & employee relations
  • Implement and manage regulatory reporting, EEO-1, OSHA, workers compensation and unemployment.
  • Prepare and write presentations for human resource policies and practices.
  • Ensure employees are receiving succession planning and develop plans with Managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or related field – BS. Degree is required.
  • 3 + years human resource generalist experience.
  • Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Strong preference working from a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Functional experience in compensation, benefits and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues.
  • Capability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • PHR / SPHR certifications preferred.
