Position: Director of Foodservice Sales
Location: Work Remotely within the continental U.S.
Open to Candidates located only in the continental U.S.
Travel Required: Must be able to travel up to 50% including overnight stays.
Salary: $175K Base Salary & UP!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Foodservice Sales to lead a several Million Dollar Foodservice Company. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, expand market share, and maximize profitability across both commercial and non-commercial segments. You’ll oversee a broad product portfolio and lead a talented sales team to meet ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Foodservice sales function, managing revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive growth across commercial (quick service restaurants, QSRs, restaurants, c-stores, convenience, entertainment, travel) and non-commercial segments (schools, hospitals, government, corporate).
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new sales channels, brokers, and national account opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Innovation, Trade) to support product and market development.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and P&L performance.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to align internal capabilities with growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the foodservice industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and P&L.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Knowledge of Hispanic and multicultural food markets a plus.
Key Competencies:
- Proven ability to lead strategic sales initiatives and deliver results.
- Deep understanding of foodservice channels and customer buying behavior.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Business-savvy with a track record of driving profitable growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Up to 50% domestic travel, including overnight stays.
- Ability to attend & support food shows and carry sample products.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
