Our client, a leading consumer packaged goods company with production plants across the country, is expanding and looking for an experienced driven Production Supervisor to join their Oklahoma team. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Maintain top-notch quality, safety, and sanitation standards for your shift’s operations.

• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure on-time, efficient delivery of product orders.

• Oversee resources, materials, and supply levels to meet and exceed production goals.

• Hold your team accountable while creating a positive, safe, and results-driven culture.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and plant policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in a food or beverage production plant in a supervisory production role.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams in a production setting.

• Industry Fit: Experience in refrigerated or climate-controlled environments is a strong plus.

• Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
