Our client, a premier consumer product good manufacturer with manufacturing plants worldwide, is seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resource Generalist. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the Human Resource Generalist responsibilities and the full cycle recruitment process for various job functions.

As the Corporate Human Resource Generalist you will provide HR guidance in staffing, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Handle various policies and procedures, staff development and poses leadership abilities to direct a team of ten associates.

Responsibilities:
  • Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
    Identify the best job applicants, post job positions, organize engaging job fairs, and conduct interviews with potential hires.
  • Ensure onboarding/ orientations and off-boarding/ exit interviews are completed.
  • Collaborate with various department hiring managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies.
  • Have strong working knowledge of talent acquisition software.
  • Prepare and complete regulatory reporting such as EEO-1, OSHA 300/301, workers compensation and unemployment.
  • Be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Develop and counsel employees and managers on various issues.
  • Manage the administration of Benefits, Performance Management & Employee Relations
  • Manage a team of associates from receptionist, administrative and safety.
  • Ensure employees are receiving succession planning and develop plans with Managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 + years Corporate Human Resource Generalist experience.
  • Experience managing or supervising a team of associates.
  • Strong preference with experience from a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Functional experience in compensation, benefits and HRIS.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and familiar with various ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues such as EEO-1, OSHA and workers compensation.
  • Capability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must be open to relocate anywhere in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
